Connecting Rwandan programmers to the world market through remote work

Developers at Work

Through the German Rwandan Tech Network we want to support the growth efforts of the Rwandan IT scene by connecting its tech teams to project opportunities abroad, especially in Germany. Outsourcing, co-sourcing and working as remote team-members are some of the approaches taken in this context.

The co-initiators of the German Rwandan Tech Network Ole Spaarmann, Eleasar Werbitzky and Alain Kajangwe are pioneering these efforts through the cooperation of their respective companies: Tech Team Berlin and WiredIn.

Tech Team Berlin is the touch-point for prospective clients in Germany, supplying them with a combination of on-premise support and a scalable remote team from Rwanda. The Rwandan developers work as integrated team-members of the German clients.

Through their decade-long industry-experience Ole and Eleasar are able to help clients onboard their remote team-members, remove blockers whenever they come up and give any other additional assistance necessary.Posted in G
